📢 The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is looking for a Project Specialist – Climate & Water Systems to strengthen its climate-focused programming at the intersection of displacement, climate resilience and water access.
🌱 The role will contribute to work on climate-smart agriculture, water resource management, rangeland management and building the adaptive capacity of vulnerable, displaced and pastoral communities, particularly in Kenya's arid and semi-arid lands.
💧 Technical expertise: Climate-resilient WASH, Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), and the policy, legal and financing frameworks supporting climate adaptation.
📍 Location: Kenya
💼 Experience: 3–5 years in climate-related programming and WASH, preferably in displacement or fragile contexts
🗣️ Languages: Fluent English; working Swahili preferred
📅 Deadline: 21 August 2026
