What if studying across borders could help build a more climate-resilient Africa?
The Multidisciplinary Mobility for a Climate Resilient Africa (MMoCRA) programme is offering 95 fully funded scholarships, including 44 Master’s and 12 PhD opportunities, supporting advanced study, research and training for climate resilience across Africa.
🇪🇺🌍 Funded by the European Union through the Intra-Africa Academic Mobility Scheme, MMoCRA brings together leading European and African universities to equip African talent with the knowledge and skills to address some of the continent’s most pressing climate challenges, through topics such as ⚡ Climate & Energy;🌾 Food Systems and 🌍 Climate-centric solutions for Africa and the Indian Ocean Region
🎓 At its core, the programme is about academic mobility, multidisciplinary research and skills development — connecting people, institutions and ideas across borders.
💡 IMVELO Impact: Africa’s climate challenges do not fit neatly into one discipline or one country. Building a resilient Green Economy will require expertise that crosses fields, strengthens research networks and turns knowledge into locally relevant solutions.
